AFFIRM Coaching is your personal and professional trainer.

What exactly is Life Coaching?  It is:

  • All about change.
  • All about YOU.
  • Taking control of your life and setting directions.
  • Improving your motivation and self-confidence.
  • Achieving your own personal goals.
  • An investment in YOU that will pay dividends for the rest of your life.
  •  A clear focus of what you want from life, what you want in it, and how you can get it.
  • Enabling YOU to bridge the gap between where you are now and where you would like to be.

What will AFFIRM Coaching do for you?
This is different for each client. We could provide a challenge, accountability, direction, structure, inspiration, focus, feedback, support and validation. We aim for specific results that make a ‘difference’ in your life.  We keep you focused on a vision of long-term excellence in your life, and supports you through the process of taking the steps to get there.  We motivate you to build on your success.

What is the Coaching Process?
In Coaching you make a commitment to yourself, to your own goals, to an agreed action plan and to working for a certain time frame with an AFFIRM Coach. This could be over 3-6 months or even longer if necessary. Regular reviews are done to assess your progress.
You will normally meet or speak to your Coach once a week or every two weeks.

Which areas of Life Coaching is AFFIRM involved in?
We cover 3 areas of Coaching:

  • Personal Performance Coaching
  • Professional Coaching
  • Corporate and Executive Coaching

“You will never maximise your potential in any area without coaching. It is impossible. You may be good. You may even be better than everyone else. But without outside input you will never be as good as you could be.” (Andy Stanley)
